(b)The approach to the building and open spaces on its all sides upto 6 metres width and the layout for the same shall be done in consultation with Fire Authority of the city as approved by the Government and the same shall be hard surface capable of taking the weight of fire engine, weighing up to 18 tonnes. The said open space shall be kept free of obstructions and shall be motorable; and
