Section 42(3) in THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS ACT, 2021

(3)The State Council shall forward a copy of the report of verification of standards to the allied and healthcare institution concerned and a copy with remarks of the institution hereon to the Commission.
