SHAH) The present application has been preferred by the applicants - original appellants permitting them to serve respondent No.2 herein by substituted service as provided under the provisions of Order 5, Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure by way of publication in the daily newspapers having circulation in the area where respondent No.2 mentioned in the cause title of the present application was known to have lastly resided.
Having heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, the present application is allowed. The prayer made in terms of paragraph No.7(a) is granted and for that purpose, Page 1 of 2 C/CA/3855/2014 ORDER NOTICE of admission in First Appeal No.4556 of 2006 to the respondent No.2 herein returnable on 9th June 2014. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
With this, the present application stands disposed of.
