Section 25 in Rajasthan Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1957
25. General clauses Act to apply.
- The Rajasthan General Clause Act, 1955, (Rajasthan Act 8 of 1955) in force in the pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan shall, as far as may be, apply mutatis mutandis to this Act.The Schedule(See section 24)
