(2)On failure of a trader to make such payment and on application of the trustee of the Goshala which is entitled to such payment. The Registrar shall issue a notice in Form VI to the defaulting trader to produce all the account books relating to the collections made by the trader for his inspection within sixty days from the date of receipt of the notice. The Registrar shall, after careful inspection of the accounts produced and after such other enquiry as he may deem fit, determine the account payable by the trader and direct him in Form VII to pay the same to the applicant trustee within two months from the date to be fixed by him in this respect.
