Section 47(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
(1)In the event of a casual vacancy in the office of the Chairman or the Vice Chairman, the vacancy shall be filled as soon as possible-(a)by nomination, in the case of a Marketing Committee constituted for the first time; and(b)in any other case in the manner provided in Section 43.
