Section 10(1) in Bihar Consumer Protection (appointment, salary, allowances and conditions of service of President and Members of the State Commission and District Forum) Rules, 2019
(1)President of the State Commission shall receive the same salary, allowances and other perquisites as are admissible to a sitting judge of the High Court of the State.
