Section 10 in The Punjab School Education Board Act, 1969
10. Resignation.
(1)If a member wishes to resign his office he shall send his resignation in writing to the State Government :Provided that every member other than the Chairman shall send such resignation through the Chairman.(2)If the State Government accepts the resignation, such acceptance shall be communicated to the Board, and thereupon the seat of the member resigning shall become vacant.
