Section 10(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(2)The expenses shall be determined by the Registrar in accordance with the prevalent rates of advertisement publication in the leading newspapers having wide circulation in the area of operation of the society. The expenses so determined shall be deposited by the society in the treasury on demand raised by the Registrar within a period of seven days. The charges of publication shall be paid from the amount so deposited.
