Section 10(iii) in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Budget Rules, 1969
(iii)The notice for convening the special meeting under Sub-rule (ii) shall be issued to the members of the Panchayat Samiti along with a copy of the Budget Estimate before the 21st February.
