Section 54(3) in The Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950
(3)The Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner shall have the power to make such enquiry as he thinks fit to verify the correctness of the account submitted and may pass an order for the disposal of the amount in the manner prescribed.
