Section 50 in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
50. Power of Director of Education to cause the school to be inspected.
- Where the application is made for any Grant-in-aid in relation to a school, the Director of Education shall cause such school to be inspected by an Officer authorised by him in this behalf as regards the suitability or otherwise of the school to receive such aid.
