Section 17(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2020
(1)Where any Government land is required for the Authority, that landshall be deemed to be required for a public purpose and may be alienated by the Government to the Authority as per the rules and regulations.
