"(i) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records related to the FIR No. RC/AC1/2019/A0004 dated 29.07.2019 registered under Section 13(2) read with 13(1) (d), 7 & 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 by the Central Bureau of Investigation at PS: CBI/AC-1, New Delhi;
(ii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, for quashing FIR Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:PRIYADARSHANI JAIN Signing Date:29.03.2023 14:18:27 No. RC/AC1/2019/A0004 dated 29.07.2019 registered under Section 13(2) read with 13(1) (d), 7 and 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 by the Central Bureau of Investigation at PS: CBI/AC-

1, New Delhi in relation to the Petitioner"
