Section 13(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH COMMISSIONERATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1986
(1)For the purpose of ascertaining the financial needs of a University or its standards of teaching, examination and research, the Commissionerate may, after consultation with the University, cause an inspection of any department or departments thereof to be made in such manner as may be prescribed and by such person or persons as it may direct.
