14. Vacancies not to invalidate proceedings of the Commission.
- No act or proceedings of the Commission shall be questioned or shall be invalid merely by reason of, -(i)any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof ; or(ii)any defect in the nomination or co-option of a member; or(iii)any procedural irregularity not affecting the merits of a case.
