Section 15(1) in The Basumati Private Limited (Acquisition Of Undertaking) Act, 1974
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government of the corporation or any of its officers or other employees for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
