18. Constitution of investigation teams and engagement of experts and professionals by Agency.
(1)Where the Agency considers it necessary so to do, it may constitute one or more investigation teams, consisting of such officers or such persons, as it thinks necessary, for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act.(2)The Agency may engage such number of experts and professionals, having such qualifications and experience, and in such manner, as may be specified by regulations, to assist the Agency in the discharge of its functions under this Act.
