73. Application for leave to appeal by a party other than Government.
- When an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court is filed by a party other than the Government, the District Officer shall, after obtaining tire Government pleader's opinion, send a note to the Senior Government Advocate stating whether the application should be opposed, and if so, on what grounds.
