Section 10(1) in The Punjab Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Rules, 1954
(1)Appeals under section 10 [or 10-A] [Inserted by Punjab Government Notification No. 7693-J-54/70486, dated 29.12.1954.] shall be addressed to the Secretary to the Punjab Government in the Home Department.
