1. The parties in this case are situated in Chennai.
2. The invocation of the territorial jurisdiction of this Court has been justified, in the petition, as well as orally, by Mr. Adarsh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the ground that the contract between parties confers exclusive jurisdiction on courts in Delhi to entertain this case.
3. He, however, acknowledges that by inadvertence, the contract has not been placed on record.
