Section 6(1) in The Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules, 1956
(1)The programme under Section 18 shall be prepared by the Board during every financial year for the next financial year in Form No. I and shall be forwarded to the State Government before the 30th September in the year in which it is prepared.
