2. Since the grievances raised by the Petitioner can be agitated by the aggrieved persons individually, therefore, this Public Interest Litigation will not be used as a methodology for some kind of gain which the Petitioner would like to make.

4. In view of above, IA No.2/2018, an application for exemption from filing the security amount and IA No.3/2018, an application for waiver of the Locus Standi Rule stand dismissed.
