ORDER
Learned counsel for the trademark registry submits that the registration of trademark No.2020253 in class 38 was not renewed after 08.09.2020. Since the long stop date for renewal and even restoration has expired, no adjudication is necessary in this petition.
2. Consequently, (T)OP(TM)/412/2023 is disposed of by directing the second respondent to remove trademark No.2020253 from the register of trademarks within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
