Section 138(b) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(b)the overhead clearance for a locomotive drive at excavation or tunneling work is not less than one point one zero metres above the seat of such driver and not less than 2 metres above the platform where such driver stands or of any other dimension in accordance with the relevant national standard.
