Section 24A(2) in University of Rajasthan Act, 1946
(2)The Facilities of Engineering and Technology, Medicine and Pharmaceutics and Education shall consist of the following :-(i)the Dean of the Faculty;(ii)University Professors and Readers in the subjects assigned to each Faculty;(iii)Heads of departments within each Faculty in degree colleges; and(iv)three persons not being teachers within the Faculty to be co-opted by the Faculty concerned.
