(3)Under sub-section (4) of section 30 of the Act the clinical establishment shall apply for renewal of permanent registration six months before the expiry of the validity of the certificate of permanent registration. In case the application for renewal is not submitted within the stipulated period, the authority will allow for renewal of registration on payment of the renewal amount as prescribed in SGF Annexe and penalty of Rs. 100 per day till the date of application for renewal is accepted.
