Section 10(1) in The West Bengal Land Development And Planning Act, 1948
(1)The [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may direct the prescribed authority to execute any development scheme sanctioned under sub-section (2) of section 5 or cause it to be executed in accordance with the rules and upon the execution of the scheme as so directed the lands comprised therein shall be disposed of by the Collector in such manner as may be directed by the [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government.
