Section 41(2) in The United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939

(2)The registered practitioners shall have the same privileges as the medical practitioner registered under the Uttar Pradesh Medical Act, 1917, have under the Uttar Pradesh Excise Act, 1910, or any other Act for the time being in force.
