Section 2(1)(f) in Gujarat Professional Post-Graduate Medical Educational Courses (Regulation of Admission) Rules, 2017

(f)"Counselling" - means The Counselling for all the post-graduate professional medical courses (Diploma/M.D./M.S./M.D.S.) in all Medical Educational Institutions in the State established by the Central Government, State Government University, Deemed University, Trust, Society or a Company/Minority Institutions/Corporations conducted by the Admission Committee of the Government. Such common Counselling shall be under the overall superintendence, direction and control of the State Government.
