255. Power of Chief Executive Officer to disinfect buildings, tank, pool or well.
- If the Chief Executive Officer or any person authorized by him in this behalf is of opinion that the cleaning or disinfecting of any building or any part of a building or any article therein which is likely to retain infection or of any tank, pool or well adjacent to a building which is likely to prevent or check the spread of any dangerous disease, he may cleanse or disinfect such building or any part thereof, article, tank, pool or well and may by a written notice require the occupier of such building or any part thereof to vacate the same for such period as may be specified in such notice.
