Section 44(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(1)where an order has been passed for the winding up of a registered societies by the Registrar and in case of self supporting societies by the Tribunal, the Registrar shall appoint a person or persons to be liquidator of the society.
