2. 19.01.2011Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner on the application for extension of time granted by order dated 23.9.2010 in CWJC No. 4014 of 2010.
The ground mentioned in the application for extension of time at para 4 have been perused.
It is unfortunate that notwithstanding the last paragraph of the order dated 23.9.2010 the respondents insist on raising a defence of official procedure to seek extension of time.
The application is rejected.
