7. Lease Rent.
- The lease rent shall be as follows : -| (1) | First Year | Rs. 500/- hectare |
| (2) | Second to Fifth Year | Rs. 625/-hectare |
| (3) | Sixth and Seventh Year | Rs. 900/-hectare |
| (4) | Eight Year and afterwards | Rs. 1400/-hectare |
