110. Delegation of power to hear appeals.
- The State Government may, by general or special order delegate their power of hearing appeals under the provisions of this Act [* * *] [Omitted by Orissa Act 28 of 1991, Section 13 (ii) & Section 50 dated 31.12.1991] to any authority specified in such order.
