(g)"Municipal Commissioner" means the Commissioner of a Municipal Corporation or Chief Officer of a Municipal Council and includes the Vice Chairman of the Union Territory Development Authority, if any; or as the case may be, the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment Board ;
