Section 278(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The Board may sanction an amount of Rs. 15,000/-to the nominees/dependents of a member towards death benefit, in case of death. If the death is due to an accident, during the course of employment, the nominee/dependent of the member shall be given Rs. 50,000/- towards death benefit.
