Section 25 in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Employees) Pension Rules, 1995
25. Military Service.
- An employee who has rendered military service before appointment or reemployment or re-appointment in the Corporation shall continue to draw the military pension, if any, and the military service rendered by the employee shall not count as qualifying service for pension.
