Section 2(c) in Punjab Major Accident Hazard Control Rules, 1993
(c)"hazardous chemical" means -(i)any chemical which satisfies any of the criteria laid down in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and is listed in column 2 of Part II of that Schedule; or(ii)any chemical listed in column 2 of Schedule 2; or(iii)any chemical listed in column 2 of Schedule 3;
