Section 2(13) in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
(13)“Recommendation Committee” means a Committee constituted by the High Court for the purpose of making recommendations to the High Court of thenames of suitable candidates for the post of Administrative Officer (Judicial) and above and shall comprise of:-(i)Principal District & Sessions Judge, Delhi; and(ii)Two members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service having atleast ten years of service.Principal District & Sessions Judge, Delhi shall be the Chairman of the Committee.
