Section 29(2) in M.P. Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2005
(2)The Presiding Officer shall grant permission on all such applications. As per the said permission, admission card shall be issued to the applicant under the signature of the Officer Authorised by the Presiding Officer. Admission card shall bear name and address of the applicant with time and date.
