Section 12(1) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be whole lime salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Chancellor from among the persons whose names arc submitted to him/her by the committee constituted under sub-section(3) in accordance with the provision of sub-section (2).
