Every summons issued under [x x x x] [Deleted by C.S. No. 22.] the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be [in duplicate] [Inserted by C.S. No. 22.] signed and sealed by the Presiding Officer of the Court or in his absence by any other [x x x x] [Deleted by C.S. No. 22.] Magistrate exercising jurisdiction within the local area of the Court.
