Section 2(1)(viii) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy and Collection of Fee and Charges by State Load Despatch centre) Regulations, 2007

(viii)"State Load Despatch Centre" or "SLDC" means the Centre established by the State Government for the purposes of exercising the powers and discharging the functions under Section 31 of the Act;
