Section 11(ii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)Where the work of a teacher who is appointed on probation, in the University is not satisfactory during the period of extension or it has not been satisfactory during the entire period of probation, the appointing authority may (a) in the case of a person appointed to higher post revert him to the post held by him immediately before such appointment, and (b) in the case of a person appointed by direct recruitment, terminate his service without notice.
