Section 4(1) in The Gujarat Prohibition of Transfer of Immovable Property and Provision for Protection of Tenants from Eviction from Premises in Disturbed Areas Act, 1991
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force but subject to sub-sections (2) and (3) all transfers of immovable property situated in a disturbed area made during the specified period shall be null and void, with effect from the date of such transfer.
