Section 20(2) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(2)The Parishad shall have power to suspend, punish, remove or dismiss the Registrar from office:Provided that any such order of the Parishad shall be subject to appeal to the State Government.
