(4)"Director" means the Director of Industries, [Haryana] [Substituted by Haryana Adoption of Laws Order 1968.] [and includes any officer authorised by the State Government to perform all or any of the functions of the Director under this Act.] [Added by Punjab Act, 12 of 1959, section 2.]
