THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRIES (SHRI C.R. CHAUDHARY): Madam, on behalf of Shri Suresh Prabhu, I beg to move the following :
“That in pursuance of clause (e) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 read with rule 4(1) of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, one member from amongst themselves to serve as member of the Rubber Board vice Shri B.S. Yeddyurappa resigned from the membership of Lok Sabha, subject to the other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.” HON. SPEAKER: The question is:
