Section 26(3) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(3)On expiration of the period of supersession specified in the notification, issued under sub-section (1), Government may-(a)extend the period of supersession for such further period as it may consider necessary; or(b)re-constitute the Council in the manner prescribed.
